Frog or Toad?

I think it's a Sonoran Desert Toad, but I'm not positive. He's quite fat. And shiny. I really wanted to touch him, but I was too chicken. I once met a cat this round.
He couldn't be Herman's nephew, could he? I have no idea what kind of toad or frog he is. Ribbit!
This is where he peed all over my neighbor. I swear he peed a gallon of fluid. I'm pretty sure he's a Sonoran Desert Toad. Herman's brother. Yes, that's his butt. No, I don't know why I took a picture of his butt.
Quite a bit smaller than Herman. I don't know what kind... Another toad! My batteries died when I saw a teensy-tiny cute baby. Figures.
