3:24 A.M.

And my new website is live. Will you go and have a looksee at natashafondren.com? Let me know what needs fixing?

That’s all. I’m wiped. I did it all in a day.

Tomorrow’s for writing. I mean, today.

What was your weekend like?

Getting more involved with my DNS, of which I managed to crank out about two pages of original text.

Ya know, relearning how to write again is not what I had in mind when I bought this software.

Your new site is brilliant! I’ve seen many professional sites that aren’t near as good. Love the quirkiness.

  • Kathulhu says:

It looks really cool! Not that I’m trying to be nit picky, but when you scroll over some of the pictures the tags just say “image”. Don’t know if you care about that or not just thought I’d point it out. Otherwise, it’s really cool! I’m glad to have a list of your works and ongoing projects!

    • Natasha Fondren says:

Oh thanks, Kath! That’s exactly what I need. I also need to fix the titles of the Tommy the Spider pages. (I’m only writing that so I remember, LOL.)

      So much to tweak!

  • Kath Calarco says:

Tommy the Spider: A beautifully written piece that would draw sympathy from an arachnophobe. Tommy’s story reinforces my penchant for transporting spiders that I find in the house, out the front door.

And such an appropriate story to post at your new “web” site. :)

My weekend has been so-so. Lola, the monster chihuahua who graciously allows humans to live in her home, developed a slight paralysis in her hind legs. She drags her back feet when she walks. Looks like a trip to Cornell Vet Hospital is in our future. :( It’s been less than a year since we took our dearly departed Daisy there. (Gosh, hope they don’t think we are animal abusers.)

    • Natasha Fondren says:

You are so brave, Kath! I’m scared of spiders, but I can’t kill them. I once didn’t take a shower for three days because a spider took up residence.

      HAH!

Oh no! Poor baby! Awwww. Gosh, has it been a year? No, animal abusers don’t take their pets to the hospital. You should’ve seen this dog I saw last year. He was eating his leg off. :-(

  • Robin Altman says:

I love it! I especially love that Tommy the Spider is on it! That story rocks!

  • Kath Calarco says:

P.S. I’m going to send the link to “Tommy’s” story to a few of my Facebook friends (former Eng. Lit. classmates and a couple of professors). They’ll LOVE the story.

  • Anissa says:

Looks really nice, Spy. Great job! You are a woman of multiple talents!

  • Darcy says:

Natasha! You are brilliant. I LOVE your website. The only thing that struck me as a bit redundant was “you can check out my books here” when there’s a link right there for them. But everything else looks great! I loved the Flash Tommy the Spider story – how intriguing, and what an awesome perspective from the point of view of the spider! Love it! ;)

    • Natasha Fondren says:

Awww, thanks, Darcy! Good point. And there were supposed to be links there, which makes it double redundant. :-)

I never know what to put on the front page. Drives me crazy!

  • Heather says:

I love the website. I didn’t pick up anything out of the ordinary on my first go.

    Alias ROCKS.
