My God! The kid is brilliant! He sounded so natural, too. I’ll probably keep coming back to watch this.
I know, Edie. It’s clear he understands what he’s saying.
Brilliant! I’m sending the link to my Eng. Lit. professor who began my love affair with Collins. Thank you SO MUCH for this. It’s made my day! (And sometimes after too much one I say “globlet,” too. lol)
I meant too much “wine.” lol (Sounds like I had some for breakfast, though.)
Can I have some?
LOL! It made me think of you!
Wow! THat’s too amazing.
It’s fantastic!
Wow! He’s friggin’ amazing! My kids can’t do that and they’re in high school! (I bet you knew I’d say that.)
No, I didn’t know that! It is TONS easier for little ones to memorize, though.
Hmmm, not sure how I feel about this. But, I do wish she would have let him hold the toys – at the end, all he wants to do is hold them. Hmmmm.
Really? Well, having taught a ton of 3 and 4 year olds, I don’t have a problem with it at all. The benefits of this kind of learning at his age are un-reproducable ever again in life, no matter how much they work to make up for the lack later. It’s a bit like investing $100 for retirement at 30 or 40 years old as opposed to 50 or 60 years old.
Now if he was screaming and crying for the horse and yelling, “Give me the toy! I hate poetry!” Then I’d reconsider the approach.
